Help Me Grow

The Center is proud to be one of nine Franklin County HMG service providers providing home-based support and education to nearly 275 children and their families. Our home-based service model focuses on promoting the optimal development and coordination of services for children identified with special needs. Experienced professionals with expertise in child development and social work provide parent education, developmental screenings, service coordination and referral to community support services.
