If you are concerned about the progress of your child’s development or if you have a child on the autism spectrum we would like to hear about your experiences through a survey link.
The survey will allow us to better understand the process for identifying and diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and improve awareness and accesses to intensive treatment.
The survey takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. If you would like a chance to win a $100 Amazon gift card, you can submit your information for a drawing at the end!
